The company was sold in 2024 I wasn't sure if they would continue on with the ethics and high standards that previous owners set for the company. The best way to find out what a company is really made of is to have a problem and see how they react to solving it. I recently had a problem that I needed attention. I felt they were dropping the ball. I sent a review on Sunday night explaining the problem as well as my concerns with the new owners. Monday morning I had call from one the owners, great guy very down to earth really nice conversation. He was very committed to the business and holds customer satisfaction utmost importance. My confidence has been completely restored.
The alarm division is separate from the home automation division. I had a problem with my alarm coincidentally, at the same time I was having difficulties with my control4. The person who runs the division came out 8 o'clock on Monday morning because of my concerns in the review. He's outstanding person very humble and yet really knows his business. He is extremely committed to customer satisfaction. He was more than fair with me in finding a resolution to the alarm issue.

SoundCheck has done two projects for us and both have exceeded our expectations. Neal helped us design our 1500 sq. ft. Golf simulator room at the office complete with bar, pool table, card table and sitting area. He also designed a kick a__ audio visual system for our barn build in Jackson, Mi. Neal’s support staff is top notch, they are genuinely concerned about getting your project done to perfection. Thank you.

My family and I are not very "tech savvy" people--we like to keep things simple. However, the light switch situation in our new home was UNBARABLE! We had a block of 6 switches almost in every room, half of them didn't do anything, some just didn't make sense. I was referred to SoundCheck by a friend and was blown away by their showroom and the solutions they were able to offer me. We ended up going with Control4 lighting throughout our home and what used to be a 6 switch location is now a custom engraved, backlit, 6 button keypad taking up the space of one switch! 10 stars!

Exceptional service and expertise. Nick Burt made retrofitting our remodel into a legitimate smart home (with all the bells and whistles) much easier than I originally anticipated. Nick and team made budgeting, selection and installation painfree and seamless. But Nicks follow-up is what truly made this venture possible. There are a lot of moving pieces going fully automated, make sure you have the right trail guide and support structure. I would recommend these guys 10X.

The character of this place is so charming, and the prices are very reasonable. It is obvious the owners took care and time when renovating this building. Since the management team went in house, attentiveness is obvious! It’s a great community to call “home”.
